One of the alternatives for going to Mariefred is to take the old road from Södertälje to Läggesta.
In Läggesta you can either go toward Mariefred and will then pretty soon come to Trekanten, a classic café where bikers of all kinds meet on Wednesdays.
Maybe you're coming from Gnesta. In that case you should go north-east via Kattnäs and Gåsinge to the road 223 or go west-south-west to the same road.
Whatever, sooner or later you just have to take the 223 from Läggesta down to Nyköping.
If you want some coffee then Björnlunda is the place. It's just where you pass the road 57.
Finally in Nyköping it's not far off to the road to Jönåker and that one is just a must before you turn off to ... before going on at the ... (puh! will I never stop).
