You have two options (at least).
Either you take the old road via Södertälje down to Nykvarn and turn off towards Järna. Or you go via Skanssundet. If this ain't good enough then drive via Pershagen in Södertälje down to Järna.
What ever your choice is, the road between Järna and Nykvarn is just to good. Maybe time for some high speed touring.
Somewhere halfway you can turn off towards Gnesta on a quit narrow and winding road so take it easy, there is barely room for two (and you will meet some)
After this, why don't continue to road 223.
